Hi,
Apologies if this is posted to the wrong forum, but I am not familiar with Oracle at all.
My customer has asked me to identify the quantities of Oracle Discoverer & Oracle Programmer that are installed on their desktops/laptops. I work remotely and I do not have access to Oracle or to the devices themselves - the only assistance I have is a list of all the executable files discovered by SMS scans.
I've found two files relating to Oracle Discoverer (dis4adm.exe & dis4usr.exe) but I cannot find anything at all that I can relate to Oracle Programmer. So my questions are -
1. Are these (dis4adm/usr.exe) the correct files to identify Discoverer?
2. Is there a .exe file I can use to identify Oracle Programmer?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & regards,
Phil

Hi,
Unfortunately, all I know about Oracle Programmer is that it's a set of interfaces that allow developers to build applications to access an Oracle database. It apparently contains precompilers, networking services, & documentation.
Any ideas?
